Question: How do I access my online account?

Answer: To access your online PTIN account, go to the PTIN system login page. If you have a Social Security number, click “Sign in with ID.me.” If you have not been verified with ID.me, click “ID.me Create an account” and follow the prompts. If you have been verified with ID.me enter your login credentials to access your online account.

If you do not have a Social Security number, click “Log In.” Enter your User ID and Password in the designated fields, click “Log In.”
